Auto-import of Prom orders is planned for Phase 2 (around M6). Even now, you can manage Prom orders manually in the free CRM — in one window alongside your other channels.
How do I handle Prom orders before the integration ships?
Create the orders in your CRM manually and generate Nova Poshta TTNs right away. Once auto-import is live, Prom orders will pull in on their own.
Will stock be synced with Prom?
Yes, it's part of the integration plan: stock levels will sync across channels to avoid overselling.
